"Gods have dwelled among us, even having a hand in our creation. Whilst some believe in their blessings and gifts - others of us have grown weary of their oppression. Cursed, raped, and despaired by these tyrants, the day has come for us to make our stand against them..."
The Conflict: Power Play
Players choose to be gods or mortals, in an epic RP of control and vengeance. Gods begin in power, imposing 3 of their laws on the world; 1 law of grace (helpful to mortals) and 1 law of sacrifice, and 1 law of control (to keep mortals in their place.)
Mortal players can start off as "Cursed" those from bloodlines cursed by the gods such as gorgons. These are players directly opposed to the gods to begin with.
Mortal players can decide to start off as "Promethian" which are neutral / undecided in the conflict, and can decide to help the Cursed kill the gods or defend their favorite gods.
Cursed players have certain powers from their bewitched state, and Promethian players can gain power from the cursed or their gods.
Cursed players focus on defeating the gods and turn them to stone, which drains a god of their power steadily.
Once enough power is drained, a new player can use that power to become a god themselves.
